Dr. Cho 拥有超过20年美容注射经验，作为高级注射认证课程的导师，他的培训涵盖非手术隆鼻以及线雕等注射美容项目。

Dr. Greg Pugen
注射美容专业导师

Dr. Greg Pugen榮獲2023/24年度“Top 20 医生”之一，他拥有超过20年的美学与抗衰老医学经验。作为认证的抗衰老医学专家，他以先进的技术与自然的效果而闻名。除了临床实践外，Dr. Pugen还是一位抗衰老医学导师，通过培训课程培养医生、护士及医疗从业者。

Chelsea Wen
校长

Chelsea Wen 拥有十多年医美临床经验，结合丰富的实操背景与教学热情，专注于专业人才的技能培养与职业发展。现任红杉美容学院校长，并担任 Signature Cosmetic Clinic 培训负责人，擅长各类高阶医美项目的教学与指导，致力于帮助学员在行业中稳步成长。

Mina Akhavan
学院主任

Mina 在美容与医美领域拥有超过十年的经验，自 2019 年起成为红杉美容学院的主要导师。她热衷于指导有志投身医美行业的学员，帮助他们夯实基础、逐步建立专业能力。她也积极参与国际研讨会，不断精进自身技术与知识，致力于提供高质量的教学与培训。

Vicky 在美容与美学行业拥有超过5年的经验，是学生咨询时的第一联络人。作为校园经理，她不仅支持未来专业人才的发展，还将自己在美学与行政管理方面的专业知识相结合。工作之余，Vicky 热爱歌唱，为她的职业与生活注入了创造力与热情。

Lily Cao
注射护士专业导师

Lily 拥有运动机能学及护理双学位，是一位技术扎实、经验丰富的注册护士。她在 Signature Cosmetic Clinic 专注于注射及高阶医美治疗，积累了丰富的临床经验。

Alina E
医美咨询顾问专业导师

Alina 在美容和医疗保健领域拥有丰富的经验，自 2013 年起担任色彩医美的高级经理。她在 2021 年获得认证医学美容讲师资格，2023 年获得认证 Ultherapy 培训讲师资格。

Thea Dadgou
美容医学导师

The在医学美容、诊所管理领域拥有超过20年的经验。她以顺势疗法和营养学为基础，将整体疗法原则与先进的美容实践相结合。她对绘画、室内设计和视觉艺术的热爱，也为她的工作注入了创造力。

Fey Han
美容医学导师

Fey 在美业与健康领域拥有超过17年的经验，专注于皮肤护理、高级皮肤分析、抗衰老以及整体健康养生。她的教学注重实用性、与时俱进。工作之余，Fey 热爱旅行，同时积极投身于动物福利和宠物救助事业。

Ying Feng
美容导师

Ying 拥有12年美甲经验、8年睫毛延长经验，以及6年半永久眉眼线经验。作为红杉美容学院的讲师，她将精准、艺术感与创造力相结合，帮助学生掌握眉毛、眼线与睫毛的高级技术。

Sarah An
专业彩妆导师

Sarah An 是一位资深彩妆艺术家及教育导师，拥有超过18年广播电视及高端美妆行业经验。她曾与 Sportsnet、Breakfast Television、CityTV 以及 TSC 等知名媒体合作，专注于高清镜头下的专业妆容打造，深受业内认可。同时，Sarah 亦持有医学美容文凭，将专业的皮肤学知识融入彩妆教学之中，使其课程不仅注重妆效呈现，更强调肌肤基础与长期护理，为学员提供更全面、系统的专业指导。
