Course Overview
Thread Lift is a nonsurgical rejuvenation procedure that slows down the aging process, resulting in a more radiant, youthful look. A synthetic absorbable suture composed of polydioxanone is inserted into the subcutaneous layer of the skin through a small incision. The skin is then pulled tight to lift to reposition the tissues, resulting in a full facelift. The effects of this procedure can last one to three years. Thread lift can also be performed on other areas of the body such as the under-eye, jowls, Jawline, cheeks, nasolabial folds, brow, neck, and buttocks.
This less invasive procedure is becoming more mainstream as patients look for more cost-efficient procedures that undergo less downtime, as they can be performed in under 45 minutes without needing to go under a scalpel.
This training course will enable you to understand and learn how to perform basic thread techniques by practicing on live models to understand and become well-versed with advanced thread lifting techniques.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Dr. Cho is an experienced aesthetic treatment provider and educator with over 19 years of experience. Trained in Korea, one on one with an experienced plastic surgeon on PDO thread technique, he is consistently striving to provide exceptional and innovative procedures and techniques to achieve desired optimal outcomes. Dr. Cho teaches various aesthetics training courses, including neurotoxin and hyaluronic acid filler injections. He takes pride in providing up-to-date information and techniques for trainees to assimilate and incorporate into their aesthetic practice.
