Course Description:
This Swedish Massage Training Course teaches you the fundamental techniques of relaxation massage. You’ll learn how to perform a full-body Swedish Massage using classic strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, and friction, while understanding the benefits, contraindications, and client care practices that ensure a professional experience.
Training includes hands-on practice of what you learn by performing massages on classmates or models. You’ll also gain valuable knowledge of body mechanics, draping, hygiene, and communication skills, so you can perform treatments safely and professionally. Once you finish the course, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion, showing that you’re ready to bring your skills into the wellness and spa industry.
