Employment Ontario - Up to $28,000 for Eligible Applicants!
Better Jobs Ontario (formerly known as Second Career) is a government-funded program that helps eligible individuals return to school with financial support through a grant. This funding can cover tuition, books, and other education-related costs, making it easier to retrain for a new career in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Our Medical Spa Advanced Therapist Diploma is eligible for Better Jobs Ontario applications. Please contact us for more information.

Apply & Get Funded
Once your application is submitted and approved, you’ll be ready to begin your training at Redwood Beauty College.
Eligibility Requirements:
Laid off and currently unemployed
You are eligible if you were laid off and are currently not working, or if you are working a temporary “survival job” to cover basic living expenses. A Record of Employment (ROE) letter is required.- Unemployed for six months or longer
Even if you were not formally laid off, you may still apply if you have been unemployed for six months or more and belong to a low-income household. - Educational Background
Open to Permanent Residents (PR) or newcomers who have:
– Graduated from a Canadian college
– Have not yet obtained a Canadian educational credential - Language Proficiency
Applicants must have basic English communication skills and must be able to answer questions during an in-person interview.

Do Finance
Redwood Beauty College partners with Do Finance to provide students with additional payment flexibility. Through Do Finance, eligible students can access financing options that make it easier to cover tuition costs while focusing on their studies.

Beautifi
Redwood Beauty College partners with Beautifi to offer student loan options from 0% interest. Eligible students can apply online for flexible financing to cover tuition costs, with affordable monthly payments and a quick approval process.

In House Monthly Payment Plans
Our interest-free monthly payment plans give students the flexibility to divide their tuition into manageable monthly installments for the entire duration of their program, with no added administrative fees.
Aboriginal/First Nations
Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) has two funding programs that provide financial assistance for eligible Indian Status and Inuit students.
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
This program assists eligible candidates with rehabilitation, retraining, and educational upgrading. If you’ve been injured at work and are looking to start a new career path, WSIB funding may help cover the cost of your training. Please visit www.wsib.on.ca to see if you qualify.
Lifelong Learning Program
The Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) allows you to withdraw amounts from your RRSPs to help with financing of your education for you or your spouse or common-law partner (some restrictions apply).
